For the past several years, I've been working out 2-4 times a week with a succession of personal trainers at Axis Personal Training in Mountain View (I recommend them very highly). Since I'm moving to SF next week, today was my last day working with my current trainer, Keith, and we decided it would be good to end with a strength test, just to see where I stand... Well, apparently I stand pretty damn well! Here are the numbers for this week, and the last such test we did, about 3 months ago:

Wow! It's especially impressive given that my goal for the past few months hasn't been to build muscle and strength, but rather to maintain the muscle mass that I've got while burning fat. In other words, my workouts have been more aerobic-oriented than strength-oriented, and yet I've still managed to post some pretty impressive gains.
